I encourage my clients to message, voice note, and send pictures in between our weekly 1:1 calls to support the learning journey and so that they can reach out in the moment, or whenever a challenge pops up. This means that every day challenges can be overcome and thoughts or feelings can be shared. I'll get back to you within 24 hours, if not sooner and this means that our 1:1 sessions can be used optimally

FAQs

  • Following a strict food plan doesn't allow you to gain the control and understanding that creating your own food plan does. It can be damaging to your relationship with food and that's not something I want to encourage. I will analyse your current diet and make recipe suggestions and food swaps, based on your individual nutritional needs, goals, and dietary preferences. These recommendations are personalised and take into account factors such as age, gender, activity level, medical conditions, and food preferences. Over the 12 weeks you will have created your own adaptable food plan that you can evolve and use for the rest of your life.

    Please not that while nutritionists can provide highly personalised and recommended food plans to help individuals achieve their health and nutrition goals, they generally do not have the authority to prescribe diets in the same way that a medical doctor or registered dietitian might for certain medical conditions. It's important to consult with the appropriate healthcare professional based on your specific needs. I will always refer you onto a professional where appropriate.

  • 3-4 hours per week. This includes our call, planning, prepping,learning and working towards your goals.

  • From my experience as a coach this is the minimum amount of coaching time that ensures immediate short term results, allows for gradual behaviour change and also instills the dietary habits that can be maintained in the long run. The programme must be completed in a continuous block and cannot be deferred or paused. Upon completion you can continue independently or claim one of the special packages available.

  • Coaching calls are predominantly online but if you are local to Norwich and feel you would benefit from an in person meeting this can be discussed

  • Absolutely!! Your experience and success is my priority. Having specific dietary needs myself I am an expert in adapting recipes to still be nutritionally complete and tasty. I will encourage you to be open and willing to my suggestions but also empathise with your barriers. There is always more than one approach and I’ll be happy to guide you through each every one of them until we find what works for you.
