Hi, I'm Chelsea, a Norwich-based nutrition coach with a passion for helping people reach their health goals.
Teaching has always been a part of my journey, and that combined with my experience working with industry leaders in nutrition and supplements allows me to share a wealth of knowledge with my clients.
In 2018, I qualified as a Level 4 Active IQ nutrition coach, and ever since, I've been obsessed with empowering people to take control of their health. My goal isn't just to get you to your goals, but to equip you with the tools to make them sustainable.
Whether it's one-on-one coaching, speaking at events, or creating recipes and blog posts, I'm all about spreading knowledge and making healthy living fun and achievable. Fun fact: I'm a huge oat enthusiast, so you might just spot me whipping up a nutritious breakfast bowl at your local gym!

Love pizza? No problem! Want to enjoy a glass of wine? You can definitely have it. My goal is to help you find that sweet spot where healthy habits and your lifestyle can coexist. Forget about unnecessary supplements, forced gourmet cooking, or breaking the bank on groceries. There will definitely be adjustments, and it might feel challenging at first. But the magic happens when it becomes easier – so easy, you can't picture going back to your old ways. That's the kind of transformation I'm here to help you achieve!
